Report Share. Management is never there past 3 pm so there is no ER support. Communication sucks between the doctors and staff, and they are incredibly rude to the front desk people. Uncalled for attitudes create toxic work environments. Pros Some nice people, cute dogs and cats, overtime. Cons No breaks or lunches allowed, attitudes, no communication, over priced.

Some of the employees are helpful and fun to work with. Overall, great place to get experience. Some of the employee's are fun to work with, others act like they don't have to work so you feel like you are working by yourself and doing all the work. Very overwhelming due to lack of communication and staff.

Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No. Some people are all about drama. Some don't like to work. High turnover. Especially reception. Management doesn't care about the good workers but the ones who cause the issues are still there. Doctors and technicians are great. But a couple of doctors have negative attitudes. Pay is ok. Pros Pay is ok. Cons Too much drama. For this field it's a pretty decent place to work. Recent changes in management have been an improvement.

Covid has increased the difficulty and stress, and have felt underappreciated for the added responsibilities that said, I have been fortunate to have a work family in all aspects and locations I have worked in.

Pros Company has growth protentional for motivated individuals in the veterinary field. Cons Much like any job in this field the hours can be long and stressful.

Care to share? Help people considering your employer. Share your experience. High caseload with varied cases. Many specialists and learning opportunities. I enjoy my job and although stressful, I leave feeling like I accomplished something most of the time. I love that I can bounce ideas off of the various specialists and I am always learning. No day is the same and the job is not monotonous. I also very much enjoy the people I work with.

Pros Varied caseload, interesting cases and always an opportunity to learn. Cons High paced, stressful environment at times. Yes No There are 3 unhelpful reviews 3. As other reviews say- there is basically no management. If you go to a supervisor they sound sympathetic but nothing is ever done. Staff is completely overworked and understaffed. There are some great people that work there, but most quit because of the environment.

Pros Tech week appreciation. Cons Everything else. Yes There are 3 helpful reviews 3 No. I have had 3 office managers, and reception has had 3 supervisors. Our medical director is constantly changing as well. We are forced to work on a skeleton crew to the point we can't ethically handle the work load. We charge these clients thousands of dollars and can't even provide "gold medicine" care.

ICU patients have gone hours with out treatments, the phones ring non stop, owners hardly ever get updated on their pet, cleaning is a last priority as we just don't have time.

I have stayed in hopes that this hospital will get better but we have lost so many good techs and receptionists since I have been here. I love my job, and I love emergency medicine. But I would warn anyone applying. You will be overworked, under staffed, unappreciated, under paid, and bullied.

Management is fake, and certainly has favorites. Nothing is ever solved, don't even bother going to management. You will be told the same thing over and over: "We care, we love our team, we don't tolerate this.
