Even if you don't want to start Dr. Amand's guaifenesin protocol it provides so much useful information about a generally unknown and disregarded disease. It explains the protocol clearly but adds some more advanced science if you're interested or want to give this to your doctor.

It is full of rules to help you "clear" and reverse this progressive disease but most importantly for me it was full of SYMPT A must-read for anyone with fibromyalgia or a doctor treating someone with fibromyalgia. This disease makes you feel crazy and having someone explain it to you and make you feel like you're not alone makes all the difference.
